Support implementation and platform optimization initiatives. Requirements: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience. Strong ServiceNow platform expertise. Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and governance models. Experience working closely with solution architects and technical teams. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
