Participate in testing, implementation, and user adoption activities. Requirements: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience. Strong expertise in ServiceNow SecOps. Understanding of security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent German (C1) and English.
