What do we do?

Co-founded by Harvard graduates, Sinica Education provides online educational content to international students in middle/high school and college. Using online tools, we provide short online courses, academic counseling, one-on-one teaching, and other academic support and guidance to ensure our students’ academic success.

Sinica Education is looking for part time instructors to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for instructors in the following subject areas for our high school and college academic program. The ideal candidate would be able to teach 2+ subjects up to AP level and some lower level college courses:

• AP Microeconomics
• AP Macroeconomics
• Introduction to Microeconomics
• Introduction to Macroeconomics
• Intermediate Economics
• Upper Level Economic Courses
• *All subjects welcome needed, with priority on Econ!

We are currently looking to fill both full time (on site in West Los Angeles) and *part time (remote)* positions. Make sure you are applying to the correct job posting.

What are the required qualifications?

• Hold BA or graduate degree from a top 30 Canadian or US university. Those holding a PhD are encouraged to apply.
• A real passion for education and desire to work with international students of different backgrounds, ages, and ability levels

What are other desirable qualifications?

• Classroom teaching experience at the high school or university level
• Prior tutoring experience if no classroom teaching experience
• Experience with AP level high school curricula
• Experience with online learning platforms
