As a Manager, Product Development at C1, you’ll lead small, high-ownership engineering teams that build and ship the features driving our product forward. You’ll be accountable for execution, quality, and delivery — guiding teams from concept through production to create experiences that delight customers and advance the business. You’ll hire and develop exceptional engineers, foster a culture of autonomy and accountability, and ensure that your teams have the clarity, focus, and support needed to move fast and ship with confidence.
