  • You thrive on solving complex problems and will enjoy performing root cause analysis to fix recurring operational issues.
  • Your logical and systematic approach fits well with building SQL-based automation and developing process improvements to reduce manual effort.
  • You are comfortable working independently with data and tools like Sigma or Tableau, aligning with the analytical demands of the role.
  • Your tendency to avoid routine tasks could make it hard to consistently manage end-to-end operational workflows and maintain data governance.
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing others may be a challenge because you prefer working with ideas rather than people.

The Sales Ops Analyst plays a critical role in supporting MongoDB’s global Sales organization through operational excellence, data governance, project ownership, and process optimization. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end operational workflows, driving cross-functional initiatives, providing actionable business insights, and resolving complex operational issues that impact sales productivity.

Unlike entry-level operational support roles, Sales Ops Analysts are expected to independently manage medium-scale projects, perform root cause analysis, influence stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvements across sales processes, systems, and data management practices.

MongoDB’s Sales Operations team partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Business Systems teams to ensure operational scalability and data-driven decision-making.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.
