  • Your meticulous attention to detail is ideal for ensuring data quality, governance, and process integrity required in this role.
  • You are highly reliable and follow procedures carefully, which is essential for managing end-to-end operational workflows and system audits.
  • You excel at creating clear documentation, business requirements, and test scenarios, supporting the project management aspect of the job.
  • You may be resistant to frequent process changes and automation, preferring established routines over continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder influencing and cross-functional collaboration may feel uncomfortable because you favor defined roles and dislike ambiguity in communication.

The Sales Ops Analyst plays a critical role in supporting MongoDB’s global Sales organization through operational excellence, data governance, project ownership, and process optimization. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end operational workflows, driving cross-functional initiatives, providing actionable business insights, and resolving complex operational issues that impact sales productivity.

Unlike entry-level operational support roles, Sales Ops Analysts are expected to independently manage medium-scale projects, perform root cause analysis, influence stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvements across sales processes, systems, and data management practices.

MongoDB’s Sales Operations team partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Business Systems teams to ensure operational scalability and data-driven decision-making.
