The Role We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support our customers across email , chat, and social channels. You’ll help solve issues, process orders and returns, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. What You’ll Do What We’re Looking For Bonus Points Experience with multi-channel support or returns platforms Hours / Location Full-time (5 days/week) including occasional weekends, Sydney hours (AEST).
