We specialize in accessory dwelling units called ADUs, which are independent homes built in residential backyards. We handle every stage from concept through permitting to construction, focusing on innovation and sustainability. Job Description: We are seeking an Architectural Designer to create and develop architectural plans and design solutions for ADU projects. Your work will include: * Producing detailed architectural drawings and 3D models * Developing design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and compliance * Preparing documentation for permits and approvals * Coordinating with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams * Researching building materials, sustainable design options, and local codes * Presenting designs clearly to clients and project stakeholders This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative residential designs and help shape the future of backyard living.
