To further our mission, we are seeking a University Recruiting Manager to help lead and grow a team of University Recruiters. In this role you will oversee end to end Intern and New Grad hiring, focusing on recruiter development and outstanding performance in achieving hiring goals. You also will spearhead the internship and apprentice programs globally to include, on-boarding, intern experience and HR escalations.
In this position, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, influencing the future of the early talent strategy, overseeing the development and direct management of a group of recruiters, leading cross-functional projects, and handling reporting and performance management. We are looking for someone who is a proactive builder and excels in a learning-oriented environment—someone who is eager to explore new ideas, experiment with different approaches, and is open to feedback on improving our processes. You will collaborate closely with recruiting leaders to implement key programs and initiatives that strengthen Stripe’s efforts to attract, recruit, and retain a diverse range of interns and new grads.
