Cashier MBJ

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, handling cash and electronic payments, and delivering friendly, efficient service. This role requires attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while always maintaining professionalism and accuracy. Tasks:

• Reconcile the deposits slips against money collected.
• Prepare deposits slips in a daily basis.
• Prepare CBS report daily and send to the AR responsible at the main office.
• Ensure that queries on discrepancies on CBS report are responded to daily.
• Upload Manifest for MBJ
• Issue of clearance documents
• Prepare Amendments
• Identifying Import duties for payments
• Scan DDP/DTP paperwork
• Provide all information for DTP related requests.
• Support the duties information to Broker Agent
• Any other functions that may be assigned.

Skill & Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including very good telephone & customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Self-starter, motivated and organized
• Ability to work under pressure
• Associate Degree in Business Administration or Logistics
• Microsoft Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
• Experiencing in Accounting software/Cashiering software
• Minimum 2 year’s related working experience preferably in a cashiering role
• Clean police record is necessary
