Tasks What you'll do Design and implement AI literacy programs for non-technical employees across all departments Identify skill gaps and translate them into structured learning journeys Curate and build content on AI tools, prompt engineering, and responsible AI use Collaborate with team leads to embed AI learning into daily workflows – not just one-off workshops Evaluate learning impact with real metrics, not just satisfaction scores Stay ahead of the curve: you know what's coming before it hits the mainstream Requirements What you bring 3+ years in L&D, instructional design, or a related field Genuine hands-on experience with AI tools (not just ChatGPT on the weekend) The ability to make complex topics accessible without dumbing them down Strong facilitation skills – you can hold a room of skeptics and a room of enthusiasts equally well Comfort with ambiguity: this role is partly yours to define Nice to have Background in organizational development or change management Experience in a scale-up environment Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics Benefits What we offer Competitive salary: €55,000 – €75,000 depending on experience Flexible working hours and async-first culture €1,500 annual learning budget (yes, you get one too) 30 days vacation A team that will actually use what you build Sounds like you?
