UX/UI Designer Fully Remote - EU (Project Basis or hourly) **Position Overview** Are you a UX/UI designer who blends aesthetics with functionality? Palerto Studio is looking for a **talented designer to collaborate with on a project or hourly basis**. If you have a keen eye for design, understand how digital experiences come to life, and love pushing boundaries, we’d love to team up. This isn’t a full-time position—**it’s an opportunity to work together on innovative projects where great design meets smart development.** **What You’ll Do**

• Collaborate with our team to design visually striking and technically sound digital experiences
• Create scalable design systems in Figma that balance creativity and usability
• Design with modern web development trends in mind, ensuring feasibility and smooth implementation
• (Bonus) If you’re familiar with Webflow and Relume, that’s a plus—it helps to understand platform constraints

**What We’re Looking For**

• Proficiency in Figma and a strong grasp of UX/UI best practices
• Experience designing for web and digital products with scalability in mind
• A good understanding of how design translates into development
• A problem-solving mindset—someone who designs with users and technical execution in mind
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
