We are looking for an English speaking Procurement Specialist with good process knowledge and experience in SAP for a full-time position in the Mannheim area. Tasks Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, utilizing data analytics, process mining, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Drive the optimization and centralization of transactional procurement activities within a shared services environment by identifying and addressing root causes of inefficiencies. Leverage process insights and analytical tools to identify bottlenecks, improve performance, and support data-driven decision-making. Develop and expand expertise in digital procurement technologies, including ERP systems, procurement platforms, automation solutions, and artificial intelligence applications. Support large-scale SAP transformation programs and international rollouts, ensuring standardized and efficient end-to-end processes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure clear, effective communication across all organizational levels. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in procurement operations and digital transformation. Requirements Strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end procurement operations. Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions. Hands-on experience with modern ERP and procurement solutions, ideally including transformation or implementation projects. Exposure to process mining, data analytics, business intelligence, or similar digital optimization tools. Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA implement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams. University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
