Mozilla is seeking a Senior Content Creator based in Germany to produce standout social content for our German Firefox channels. You'll be responsible for the full content life cycle. This covers conceptualising, scripting, filming, and editing both trending and evergreen short-form videos. You will translate top-performing content from other markets. You will also manage the community on @firefox_de across TikTok, Instagram, and Threads. Connecting with German creators to add authentic new voices to the Firefox story is another key task.As a member of Mozilla's content team, you'll bring a high level of craft and creative judgment to everything you make. You'll work with significant creative autonomy, producing content that connects Firefox to German culture — adapting quickly, staying sharp, and consistently setting the standard for what great looks like in this market.About You
You're a storyteller and fluent German speaker with a sharp instinct for what makes content perform. You are dedicated to the German digital landscape, with knowledge of the creators, platforms, memes, and moments that matter. You're "extremely online," move fast without sacrificing quality, and thrive at the intersection of content, community, and culture.You're a skilled, self-sufficient creator who can take a brief and run with it. You bring strong creative judgment and executional excellence from concept through final cut.
