Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and connected Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) to be one of Haven’s first go-to-market hires. This role is perfect for someone already in the EHS software industry who understands the workflows, the buyers, the current tech landscape, and the pain points of safety professionals. As Haven’s SDR/BDR, you will be on the front lines identifying prospects, building relationships, and generating qualified opportunities with safety leaders across industrial sectors. This is a high-impact role where you’ll not just sell a product—you’ll help pioneer a category.
