Operations Manager

Kimball Equipment Company, a leader in the aggregate mining and supply industry since 1946, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. As an established dealer for industry-leading brands such as Terex Cedarapids, Terex Finlay, and Superior Industries, we are expanding rapidly and looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to support and drive our continued growth.

JOB STATEMENT

Working alongside the General Manager, this role supports all operational functions at the location, including the warehouse, inside sales, outside sales, and service teams. The Operations Manager oversees resources, drives process improvements, and ensures that day–to–day execution aligns with company goals and customer expectations. The ideal candidate is self–driven, demonstrates strong leadership qualities, and thrives in an industrial environment while effectively supporting and developing teams.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the General Manager to lead day–to–day branch operations and achieve sales, service, and financial objectives.
• Become proficient in the company ERP system and identify training needs to support accurate and efficient system use.
• Align with the General Manager to ensure seamless coordination with inside and outside sales, supporting both customer satisfaction and overall branch performance.
• Collaborate with warehouse manager to ensure efficient processes for inventory movement, fulfillment, and workflow optimization.
