Role Overview
We are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist with strong expertise in Red Team methodologies and advanced penetration testing. The role involves performing real-world security testing, validating vulnerabilities under authorized conditions, and contributing to our structured testing workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced penetration testing on applications, networks, and infrastructure.
- Validate vulnerabilities and assess real-world impact under authorized testing conditions.
- Conduct structured analysis of access paths and confirm whether system access can be verified securely.
- Produce clear and detailed technical documentation, including reproducible testing steps.
- Collaborate with internal reviewers to ensure accuracy and alignment with security standards.
- Maintain consistent weekly output and adhere to defined quality expectations.
- Stay updated with modern offensive security techniques, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven real-world experience in penetration testing, not solely CTF or lab-based.
- Strong understanding of web security, network security, authentication controls, and risk validation.
- Ability to perform structured manual testing and identify weaknesses using analytical approaches.
- Familiarity with common security tools (Burp Suite, Nmap, dirsearch, enumeration utilities, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in authorized penetration tests, Red Team engagements, or accepted bug bounty submissions.
- Ability to design stable and repeatable technical testing workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows systems.
- Relevant certifications (OSCP, OSEP, etc.) are a plus but not required.

Salary Range
USD 10,000 – USD 40,000 per year, depending on experience, skill level, and performance.
