The Role We Need:

PadSplit is growing rapidly, and we’re expanding our Sales team to meet increasing demand from property owners and real estate investors eager to join our mission. As we continue to scale, we need driven Account Executives who can connect new partners to the PadSplit platform and help unlock more affordable housing opportunities across the country.

Here's What You'll Do Day-To-Day:Here's What You'll Need To Be Successful:The Interview Process:
$20,000 - $30,000 a year
Compensation is based on the role's scope, market benchmarks, the person's expertise and experience, and the impact of their contributions to our business goals. In addition to the base salary, there is a commission component:

Variable: $25 per room expansion
On-Target Variable Commission is 480 rooms/year, or $12,000 in variable compensation
