  • Your strategic long-term vision aligns with developing product strategy and roadmap. Your analytical rigor matches the requirement to be data-driven and dig into quantitative evidence with SQL.
  • Your systems thinking helps you understand complex fraud prevention and risk landscapes. You are comfortable making trade-offs between user impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
  • You naturally take ownership and set a high bar for product quality, which matches the ownership mindset emphasized. You can drive product development from ideation through launch with rigor.
  • You communicate clearly with stakeholders and build alignment even when you don't manage directly. Your strategic communication fits cross-functional leadership with engineering, data science, sales, and partners.
  • Your comfort with independence and deep work suits the role's occasional need for hands-on customer and partner implementation support. However, your direct communication style may sometimes be perceived as overly blunt when building external relationships.

About the team

Radar helps businesses prevent fraud and abuse without getting in the way of legitimate customers. We combine machine learning powered by Stripe’s global network with intuitive dashboard experiences and developer APIs, to give our users comprehensive controls and insights to protect their business against threats ranging from payment fraud and card testing to bot and free trial abuse.

Fraud doesn’t stand still, and it isn’t limited to checkout. As businesses launch new products and business models, attackers find new ways to exploit them. We obsess about understanding those attacks, identifying defenses that work, and making sophisticated fraud prevention simple for the businesses that depend on us to help them protect and grow their revenue with confidence.

What you’ll do

As a product manager on the Radar team, you’ll help customers, developers, and partners bring fraud prevention naturally into the systems and workflows they rely on. You’ll shape products that make fraud management feel effortless, connecting Radar’s capabilities to the tools and experiences our users build and run.

You’ll work at the intersection of customer needs and commercial opportunities to shape what we build and how we bring it to market. Working closely with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams, you’ll build products and relationships that deliver lasting value to customers and partners. You’ll connect technical decisions to commercial outcomes while maintaining a high bar for reliability, craft, and the details that make complex products feel simple.
