Product Manager, Dashboard

About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the Vercel Dashboard, the control plane for every Vercel user, defining how developers and teams interact with Vercel from first login through daily use, across both individual accounts and enterprise organizations. You will lead the shift from what is a project listing page today to a personalized, agent-powered surface that proactively helps users ship and discover value. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid).

If you're based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, even if the role is listed as remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.

What You Will Do:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Vercel Dashboard, the primary surface through which all Vercel customers interact with the platform
• Define how agents operate within the Dashboard, from surfacing errors and suggesting fixes to updating code and config on behalf of users
• Shift the Dashboard from a passive "pull" experience to a proactive "push" experience, surfacing insights, notifications, and recommended actions
• Define the information architecture and design patterns that product area teams build within, and partner with those teams (Billing, CI/CD, Observability) to keep their experiences consistent and high-quality within the Dashboard shell
• Collaborate with Engineering to hold an uncompromising performance bar. The Dashboard must be the fastest, most delightful surface at Vercel
• Run experiments and measure onboarding funnel performance, feature adoption, and engagement across user segments

About You:

• You've built and shipped developer-facing products
• You have experience with control planes, dashboards, or console products at infrastructure, cloud, or developer tools companies
• You have strong opinions on information architecture and how to organize complex products so they feel simple
• You think about the product from both a human and an agent perspective. You use AI tools in your own workflow and have a point of view on how agents should interact with product surfaces
• You have experience running experiments and working with product analytics to drive roadmap decisions

Bonus If You:

• Have worked on platform or horizontal product teams where you set patterns that other teams adopt
• Have an engineering background or have built software yourself
• Have worked on onboarding, activation, or growth loops in a product-led growth context
• Have experience with personalization frameworks or systems that adapt to user segments and lifecycle stages

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
