Electronics Industrialization Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Coordination Manager to join our team. The role is based in France, with a French employment contract and local employment conditions. Main Tasks Participate in the design phase to understand and integrate constraints. Define and validate manufacturing processes (assembly, testing, quality control). Maintain manufacturing documentation UpToDate (BOMs, routings, procedures). Coordinate interactions between R&D, production, quality and procurement teams. Identify and resolve technical issues during production. Participate in monitoring EMS manufacturing performance in terms of production capacity, quality, cost and delivery. Define and coordinate implementation of assembly and testing phases for the final product in our Prague production unit. Manage and monitor orders between Prague and the EMS manufacturing plant based on annual sales forecasts. Lead prototyping, pre-series and ramp-up phases of the new product. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design office or electronic product manufacturing environment. Degree in Electronics Engineering. Previous experience as an Industrialization / Methods Engineer and/or Industrial Transfer Manager. Experience managing technical projects, including planning, coordination, and reporting. Ability to produce clear, structured, and comprehensive technical documentation. Strong knowledge of electronics, including electronic schematics, components, and industry standards (CE, RoHS, IPC, etc.). Good understanding of industrial processes, including PCB assembly, testing, quality control, and traceability. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including BOMs, mechanical drawings, and manufacturing files. Experience working with CAD tools such as Altium, Eagle, SolidWorks, or similar. Basic knowledge of automation and testing, including test benches, microcontroller programming, and validation scripts. Fluent in both French and English.
