We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Solutions Architecture to lead one of the company’s most critical growth engines: our global pre-sales organization. This executive will own the vision and strategy for how we show up technically with customers and will be directly accountable for driving durable, up‑market revenue growth. By partnering tightly with Sales and Product, this executive will lead a world‑class team that influences our technical GTM, wins complex modernization and AI workloads, and proves MongoDB as the database of choice for the most demanding enterprise applications.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
