The Senior Global Payroll Transformation Manager will be responsible for supporting the global payroll processes covering compliance, equity, mobility, and payroll projects.  The incumbent will possess the knowledge to drive process improvement and compliance globally, determine the root cause of problems and issues, and work collaboratively across multiple functions to improve the customer experience.  The incumbent will analyze and evaluate systems and/or processes and functional requirements, develop business cases as needed, and recommend, manage and implement changes.

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. $101,000$198,000 USD
