About the Role We're a small, fast-moving energy software company based in Munich building an end-to-end platform for industrial battery storage — spanning planning, AI-driven operation, and automated energy market trading. Our mission is to make industrial battery storage economical and intelligent, helping European industrial companies take control of rising energy costs. We're looking for a proactive Member of Commercial Staff to join our commercial team. In this role, you'll be a key driver of customer growth and satisfaction — owning the full customer lifecycle and helping shape how we go to market as we scale. What You'll Do Build and manage relationships with new customers from first contact through long-term engagement Own the customer lifecycle end-to-end — from onboarding to ensuring maximum satisfaction and retention Develop deep understanding of our product, the industrial energy storage market, and the evolving regulatory landscape Generate customer and market insights that inform commercial strategy and product direction Collaborate closely with a small, high-calibre team to drive revenue and customer success What We're Looking For Required: 2+ years of experience in a business role (e.g. sales, customer success, account management, business development, or similar) Strong communication and relationship-management skills — you're comfortable owning conversations with customers independently Genuine curiosity and ability to develop deep product, market, and customer insights Real passion for energy markets, renewable energy, or sustainability — and an appetite for the complexities of a fast-changing regulatory environment Entrepreneurial mindset: you're comfortable with ambiguity, take initiative, and thrive without a rigid playbook Nice to have: Background in or exposure to industrial energy, battery storage, or energy trading Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or energy-tech company Fluency in German (given our customer base in the DACH region) Compensation & Benefits Salary: €70,000 – €100,000 per year, depending on experience Visa sponsorship available Opportunity to grow with a small team at the forefront of the European energy transition Location This is an on-site role based in Munich, Germany .
