We are looking for a versatile Senior Event Technology Manager to lead the digital tools workstream for our flagship B2B conference – a program spanning 35,000–50,000+ in-person attendees and 100,000+ virtual attendees. Reporting through Global Events, you will partner closely with the Lead, Event Digital Tools to execute the digital tools strategy for the event, serving as the hands-on owner of registration, mobile app, content management, exhibitor management, meetings programs technology, and related onsite and virtual technologies.
You are an expert in RainFocus and bring proven experience delivering digital tools at flagship, large-scale conference volume. You thrive amid fast-moving, frequently changing requirements across many stakeholder groups, and you excel at distilling those requirements into clear deliverables for support contractors, agencies, and internal teams to execute against. While your primary focus is the flagship program, you will also provide secondary support to other large-scale field and corporate events as capacity allows.
You bring a working knowledge of how AI can be applied inside event technology workflows – from incorporating agents into day-to-day operations to using AI tools productively and safely – and you look for opportunities to apply that thinking to improve how the team works.
